• A full asset register will be produced, highlighting any little used or high Legionella risk outlets based on the examination of pipe work configuration and investigation of usage.
• Any microbiological sampling will focus on any potential high Legionella risk areas identified. Where general water quality is highlighted as a concern, for example at drinking fountains additional sampling will be carried out.
• A full written report will be provided and a review meeting with the assessor will be tabled to ensure a complete understanding of the results of the risk assessment.
• A site and asset specific Legionella monitoring and management plan will be provided to enable on-going management of the Legionella risk. Log books can be provided at a small extra cost.
